Experience in selection & Installation of Mechanical equipment such as Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Chillers, fans, FCU, AHU, VCD, and other critical equipment related to MEP works.
Strong Site Management skills to execute large scale MEP Contracts on time and as per the required budget.
Strong skills to complete project engineering phase approvals including but not limited to shop drawings, material approvals, method statements, RFI, procurement and delivery of materials etc…
Experience in site MEP commissioning and coordination and managing sub-contractors and specialists during the commission of MEP works.
Experience in obtaining Authority approvals such as Civil Defense (DCD) and Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA).
Ensure and enforce Health & Safety Regulations on site.
Ensure Quality Assurance and Quality Control on & off site, as per the approved Project control plans.
