Responsibility:-
1- Deliver our customer high quality feed on time at competitive price.
2- Ensure that feed mill plant operates in an efficient, systematic, safe manner within budget in
order to meet business plan.
3- Ensure customers satisfaction.
4- Estimate feed mill requirements of raw materials & Packaging materials and arrange with
Procurement department and suppliers.
5- Oversee employees, production and efficiency, to make sure the plant is running smoothly,
quickly, efficiently and safely.
6- Maintain optimum operation by assigning workers, creating and keeping work and
production schedules, hiring and training new employees.
7- Collecting and looking through data to find places of waste or places of improvement, keep
an eye on plant safety.
8- Monitor the production equipment to make sure that it stays in good working order, and
repair or replace the equipment when needed.
9- Assure quality control of the product manufactured leaves the plant.
10- Communicate with all departments of the plant to make sure everything runs smoothly and
according to budget to increase the company profits and assets.

Design - Installation and startup of poultry feed and fish feed factory.
*Maintenance and operation of feed production line.
Projects:-
1-Design, Installation and startup of Elmasria Company for fish feed company with capacity 10
ton/hr.
2-Design, Installation and startup of Elsaad Company for fish feed company with capacity 10
ton/hr.
3-Installation and startup of new line for Organo Company Poultry feed October city with
capacity 20 ton/hr.

Responsibility.
1-Plan daily & weekly production schedules and efficiently time management in utilizing
machine and labors to improve production.
3-Supervising and training production staff.
3-Scheduling & Planning for Preventive Maintenance, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance.
4- Leading a team of technicians, skilled & unskilled workers for plant maintenance.
5 - Coordinating with all departments for day-to-day problem.
6- Planning, coordinating of preventive and breakdown activities for achieving high plant
availability to meet production target and Purchase planning for spare & consumable materials.
8- Preparing standard Maintenance procedure, Manual, Checklist & Work.
Instructions and Inventory control of maintenance spares.
Responsibility
1-Evaluated maintenance problems and resolved them.
2 -Developed project and identified ways for reducing cost of plant.
3 -Performing the functions of troubleshooting and preventive / breakdown.
4-Implementing policies, standards and procedures.
5- Leading the team of Maintenance to achieve the targets.

1-Maintenance & trouble shooting of various size of mixing mill, rotary screw type & piston
type air compressor, 3000-kg/hr boiler type danstoker, Diesel Engines caterpillar set 1000
