• Responsible for increasing branch cliental base by conducting in / out door calls to potential clients.
• Responsible for achieving & delivering my preset targets at end of year
• Manages the branch to ensure smooth running of daily work.
• Ensures service Excellency level.
• Develops staff skills, and creating team work. Also, evaluating staff performance.
• Follow up, control bank's policy, to ensure that all security issues are in good manner.
• Follow up and co-ordinates with other departments, to ensure the smooth flow of work.
• Monitors branch expenses.
• Anticipates, assess and reacts to client's needs and complaints.
• Prepares and follow up required reports.
• Review, follow-up and respond to audit comments & external auditors to improve branch's audit rating, to avoid any TID may occur.
• Responsible in keeping branch shape in a good manner.
• Approves expenses within the assigned approval powers.
• Work on achieving bank's figures, to comply with area strategy.
• Handles efficient and professional correspondents, inside and outside the bank.
The candidate is 38 years old, married with Tow Children , besides computer skills are very good, as well as fluency in English language; Banking experience in operations, project management ,audit , investment and customer services are my main fields of experience.
