Conduct tests to determine quality of raw materials, intermediate and finished products. May conduct stability sample tests.Ensure that lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained. Develop and qualify new testing methods. Participate in internal assessments and audits as required. Perform visual inspections of finished products. Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems. Evaluate new technologies and methods to make recommendations regarding their use. Write technical reports or documentation such as deviation reports, testing protocols, and trend analyses.
1- To assist in ensuring that production is in accordance with standards set by management.
2- To assist in executing all quality precautions inside the factory.
3- To assist improving the quality of production through daily supervision of production.
4- To assist maintaining discipline, clean and healthy work environment.
5- To inspect the raw materials in terms of quality and quantity before mixing.
6- To maintain clean and hygienic conditions for the processing equipment, packing containers, handling materials, workers and plant cleaning system.
7- To frequently test the product during and after processing in terms of chemical properties, physical properties, microbial situation and acceptability.
8- To be responsible, under the supervision of the QC manager, for daily syrup mixing.
9- To follow up preventive, periodic and major quality control programs.
10- To maintain and keep logbooks for all tests and quality control matters.
11- To improve quality of production through daily supervision inside the factory.
12- To write daily quality control reports to supervisors.
13- Plan and maintain policies and procedures related to HSE.
14- Authority: stop any unsafe acts or conditions/issues or operations/processes.
15- Perform other related duties as required.

• Chemical and physical analyses for soft drink.
• Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data.
• Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.
• Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
• Observer of Quality Control in soft drink storage.
• Preparation of Quality Assurance reports.
Responsible of microbiology Lap.
Master of science in environmental engineering by courses with supplementary research under the title (Evaluation of Environmental Impacts for the carbonated soft drinks)
B.Sc. HONS IN CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY, within five years of study, Second class (Division Two).
