• I’m working as senior engineer for Almana Computer Services (IBM partner, Cisco partner, Microsoft partner and Avaya partner). Responsibilities including:
• Managing and maintaining and supporting the LAN & WAN for the company and external customers (after sale customer, maintenance and service contracts), and contributes with the team for server and network solutions. Operates its network operating center (NOC) ), such as (Router, Switch Domain controller, DHCP server, DNS server, WSUS, WDS, file and printing servers, exchange servers, proxy and firewall servers, ….etc).
• Installing, managing and trapshooting Backup software and antivirus.
• Website management.
• Configuring and managing IBM servers, Blade Center, SAN Storage and Autoloaders.
Responsibilities including:
•Establish, Manage and maintain the LAN & WAN for Arab Sea, and operate its network operating center (NOC), such as (Router, Switch Domain controller, DHCP, DNS, file, printing servers, exchange servers, proxy and firewall servers, ….etc).
•Manage the websites .
