Manage and optimize Product supply, demand and cost in support to the relevant markets. This extends from assessing the product profitability, planning and deployment, active interaction to implementation needs with Sourcing, Supply chain, Sales (customer targets) and products allocation management.
Plan sourcing and loading of relevant product with Sourcing team
Manages product compliance (specs, quality assurance…) with customer needs and expectations in cooperation with Supply chain, HSE and Sourcing teams. Might define product specs in conjunction with marketing, production and distribution teams.
Prioritizes product implementation and define with Supply chain team the delivery channels, in accordance with growth objectives
Coordinates investments needed for product implementation
Coordinate all the workstream and check compliance with growth objectives
Follows evolution of prices, controls pricing policy compliance with group standard and entity business objectives
Evaluates product demand from market analysis survey and trend
Might participate to potential or existing customers visits to confirm the need
Optimizes the allocation and use of available resources
Sets individual objectives, consistent with Sales & Marketing objectives
Coordinate training actions related to Products
Manages product availability/supply issues with Operations

The mission is to sell AL solutions (i.e. Gas + Application + Services) to a wide variety of customers in the Process segment within a determined sales geographical sector. Primary responsibilities include maintaining existing customer base, developing sales and profitability within the sector, while achieving customer satisfaction objectives and executing its activities following Sales process and according to sales, safety, quality policies, and supportive functions (internally)

Identifies targets to implement the sales plan by markets and proposes a balance between existing and potential customers according the Market Manager candidate prospect list
Plans visits according objectives & Completes and uses visits report.

Obtains customer commitment by the contract signature
Analyses competitors threats by screening lost contracts
Selects through relevant customer scoring the targets
Develop a mutual trust base relationship with key contacts at different levels of the customer decision chain and covering the multiple departments of the customer site
Defines strategies for the selected customers and implement it
Plan visits or call regularly according identified targets and reports results to Manager
Assesses the potential of new industrial site development
Assesses the customer profitability per products by using analysis tools.
