HR Section Head: November 2018. Till: September 2019.
- Mainly responsible for managing and supervising Recruitment & OD
- Supervising Payroll & Personnel operations.
- Maintains employee benefits programs.
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Prepares reports about earnings, deductions and leaves.
- Keep track of wages & salaries, compensation benefits, new hire information,
- Calculate the monthly salary, overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc.
- Creating the annual increase percentage indicators.
- Responsible for managing and developing the performance management systems & processes.
- Creating and developing the performance appraisal forms and manuals.
- Conducting performance appraisal training sessions.
- Reviewing and analyzing the annual appraisals results.
- Monitoring the low performers and define their ability to be developed
- Creating training needs analysis.
- Assists in jobs analysis, recruitment & manpower planning.
- Updating the org chart and the Policies of the company.
- Training HR employees on current ERP.
- Conducting the Exit interviews and analyzing its data.
- Maintains handbook with updated resolutions and other information, as needed.
- Researches, analyzes and resolves HR related problems or solutions.
- Interviewing applicants, selecting and hiring best candidate.
- Maintaining personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements.
- Keeping employee records up-to-date by processing employee status.
- Responsible for personnel attendance & absence and related reports
- Responsible for payroll preparation and related reports
- Responsible for performance appraisals processes follow-up
* Responsible for the preventive maintenance for all devices
* Making Backup of All Computer and restoring it
* installing & preparing : Computers and all other devices connected to the computers
• Supporting, installing, configuring : OS, Desktops, Laptops, Scanners and Painters .
• Excellent Dealing with Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010 and Oracle & Forms Builder.
• Computer Maintenance (Hardware & Software).
• Experience in assembling computers hardware compatibly and Portable Devices.
• Dealing with IP Phones, IP CAMs, DVRs, Finger Print, Barcode and P.O.S Printers.
• Dealing with Fujitsu Retail Power, sales, stock, promotions application and barcode.
