•Provides guidance in preparation of materials and logistics for various levels of facilities/service providers before, during and after each clinical Quality Assurance activity.
•Coordinates delivery of clinical trainings to ensure that the quality of trainings conforms to the Marie Stopes International Medical Development Team training standards and that of Federal Ministry of Health.
•Coordinates the writing of a comprehensive monthly clinical training report and make recommendations to Clinical services for action

•Follow up on all challenges/ complaints emanating from any clinical training sessions and ensure they are addressed professionally where necessary.
• Shares in the responsibility for the conduct of competency assessment OJT for clinicians under his/her purview.
•Responsible for ensuring certificates and licensure are tracked and up to date amongst clinician assigned to him/her.
•Follow up on all challenges/ complaints emanating from any clinical training sessions and ensure they are addressed professionally..

•Conducting clinical quality technical assessment on health facilities in partnership with MSION
•Provide technical supportive supervision to the SCTOs
•Planning and rolling out training on Family planning, Post-abortion care, Cervical cancer screening using visual inspection with acetic acid, Medical emergency management and others
•Approval of trip plans of all clinical staff
•Manages training and competency database of staff.
•Training of and supportive supervision of clinical teams on medical emergency management.
