IT HEAD duties:
Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals .
Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software
Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management.
Coordinate IT managers and supervise computer.
scientists, technicians and other professionals to provide guidance.
Control budget and report on expenditure.
Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.

I am a certified PMP, Business Consultant, IT support manager, highly Fluent English level (Read, Write, Speak) with great love of Technology & self-improvement, ex 21 years ARAB BANK staff, & 3 years as Public Relations Manager in Crown IT Co, last position I had in ARAB BANK was TRO team leader (Technical Relations Officer) which is the same as:
(Public Relations Manager, IT Support Manager, Project Manager, IT Administrator, Executive Manager, Team leader, IT Manager, Help Desk Manager, , Customer Service Manager, Operations Manager, Call Center Manager) in which I was the operational manager of team that provided full support to all Arab bank staff & clients including CEO office. As for the position I am applying for & since I am fully capable to perform the duties of any above mentioned positions in addition to Public Relations Manager position, which I had occupied for about 3 years in Crown IT CO.
