- Directing the Selection and Recruitment of manpower requirements, by preparing the recruitment operation plan and
deciding each category from which country then interview, test and select the right candidates,

- Monitor employee performance by Evaluating, Training and Developing their skills to achieve the goals needed from each
department and project, was done after probation period and on yearly basis to make sure we got a clear view of the employee career development in the company and ease our decision making process for the appraisal and continuity of the employee in the company.

- Supervise a smooth and efficient Compensation and Benefits operation (salaries, overtime, variable compensation, special
payments, settlements, …etc) with full coordination with the financial Department to insure that the employees get their
compensation right on time to get them give their best performance to the company, in addition I had to compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis.

- Implement and improve the employee hand book of Rules and Regulations on a regular basis, which complies with the
company strategy and rules, Saudi Arabia labor laws and the country's culture.

- Prepare and submit the HR department Budget (HR Financial Management) for all the employee costs, payroll journal and
headcount to the finance department on yearly basis.

- Select, Maintain, improve and make sure an excellent running of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and
monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards) which will lead to having data bank for the information I need and assist for long and short term strategic planning for the HR department.
