Assigned in maintenance dept., work as regional technician, expert in repair of different types & brand of kitchen & laundry equipment, including air-conditioning, refrigerators, & cold rooms. Also assigned in mechanical workshop doing overhauling of compressors & motor rewinding. work as service driver purchasing spare parts to supplier to keep all machine always in good condition.

I was the Head in Maintenance Dept. Iam responsible in troubleshooting and repair of all types kitchen equipment inside the restaurant and also HVAC job.
Work as general maintenance technician. Assigned in Qatar military camp kitchen facilities, namely Special Police Force & Police Training (Duhail), Qatar Air force & Navy, US/QATARI Military Base (Al Sanaya), Boarder (Abu Samra). Work as fabricator welder. Welding structural framework, cutting steel plate using acetylene torch, dismantling defective mechanical moving parts of the machine and replace new to keep the machine always in good condition, lubricate of sleeve bearing, changing shafting and flywheel, etc.

Troubleshoot and repair different type of machine used in extrusion plant, from mechanical to electrical job, making electrical circuit connection to control panel board, checking alignment and condition of every mechanical parts and replace defective.
