Recruitment
•Prepare contracts and letters for new and existing staff.
•Manage all onboarding activities and coordinate with HR management.
•Visa process and UAE labor law update
•Track and capture all visas and immigration related documentation.
•Take, submit & collect all necessary documentation in order to organize all Employee official paperwork.
•Manage (DMCC, JAFZA, DAFZA) portals and all applications with full knowledge.
•Process systems for leavers and ensure updating the payroll.
•Day to day update the HRMS files.
•Manage all resignation, cancellation papers and EOSB of employees
•Administrative & Facilities Management
•Support all PRO related work as needed.
•Provide support to HR management
•Create and maintain employees folders.
•Uses HR databases to review, input and keep track of employees information and Manage attendance and leave management.
•Employees visas processing and renewals of contracts.
•Provide employees certificates and NOC`s and other applicable letters.
•Preparing daily and monthly reports, like incentive reports, manpower reports.
The Company is made up of different business units, Retail, Wholesale, Direct Distributor, service provider and value added services.
Admin and Guest Relation
Key Responsibilities
•Coordinate with various departments for the requirement of Manpower.
•Scheduling interviews for candidates.
•Assist staffs with payroll, leave, redundancy and holidays queries.
•Helping employees to avail various benefits available to them when required.
•Handling employee’s documents as ( NOC`s & letters…etc)
•Manage Visa processing and prepare documentation for medical and emirates ID until visa stamping.
•Preparing the training calendar.
•Taking feedback from the employees regarding trainings.
•Forwarding the feedback to the corporate office.
