• Creating accurate 3D models and detailed drawings of civil engineering structures such as buildings, roads, bridges, and utilities using BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D)
• Working closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into BIM models and drawings.
• Ensuring that the civil designs integrate seamlessly with architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs within the BIM environment, resolving clashes or conflicts that may arise.
• Generating construction documents, plans, sections, and details based on the BIM models for submission to clients, authorities, and contractors.
• Assisting in quantity take-offs and cost estimation based on the BIM models to support project budgeting and procurement processes.
