RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for achieving monthly / quarterly / Annual Business Plan KPIs & Targets.
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
Lead, Motivate, train and coach the Sales teams to perform their highest potential to achieve the
Business plan and facilitate career growth opportunities.
Lead all solutions & data (large / complex) sales activities for the surveillance, leased lines, IVR, M2M, Hosting & Cloud solutions .
Handling a portfolio consist of 3.2 k accounts with annual revenue 7.2 M LE.
Coordination between the Sales teams and other departments like Technology, Marketing, Finance .
Maintain high degree of relationship & service with Customers for effective retention.
