Maintenance Manager- Facility Manager
\[Pepsico Franchise\] - K.S.A
Responsibilities:
Managing Project & Property, utility, Premises and facility maintenance team (4 engineers, 20 technicians).
Manage and maintain 23 distribution center (Warehouses, Administration buildings & Accommodations) within KSA.
Establishment the checklist daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Establishment the 52 weeks plan for all production machines, utility, and Premises
& facility as part of preventive maintenance plan.
Train the team to identify all type of defects, and how to return the machine to the basic condition to minimize the breakdown.
Establishment of the electrical & mechanical as build drawing with our consultant. Projects - Premises & facility/Building:
Replacement of HVAC system from package to VRF system.
New wet area project for HQ building.
Replacement of the old ceiling busted lights to LED.
Changing and upgrading power supply from 110v to 220v for all the electrical panels.
Offices reallocation (Renovation & restructure)
Supervising and undertaking electrical Works within a commercial environment.
Dealing with any technical issues that may arise.
Carrying out servicing and pre-planned maintenance electrical tasks.
Ensuring that on site Health & Safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
Supervising the work of junior and newly qualified personnel.
Conducting site surveys, audits and inspections.
Organizing work schedules and maintain
ing worker timesheets.
Undertaking hands on electrical installation work.
The selection and installation of new utilities like: Generator, Air compressor, Boiler, Refrigeration
plant, Ammonia Plant, Water treatment plant, LPG, AHU, Fire Fighting system etc.
To maintain drawings/documents for the enquiries and projects & help ensure that they are update
Making sure that safe working practices are maintained at all times.
Making sure that work methods are sufficient to meet a projects needs.
Design and implement special strategies related to maintenance procedures.
Perform routine maintenance inspections of equipment to identify and respond to problems in a timely manner,
thus preventing breakdowns.
Provide solutions and fixed equipment malfunctioning, system faults and network errors -Used root-cause-failure techniques, corrective actions, modifications and performed replacements and/or new installation.
Responsible of maintenance and preventive maintenance for Mechanical, Programming and Organize jobs of all
Working with company’s vendors and supervised subcontractors during various maintenance projects to ensure proper completion of work performed at customers’ facilities.
Utilize different reliability and testing strategies in plants to maintain and improve operation’s profitability.
Direct storage of equipment and assured safety measures were followed.
Elevator Maintenance (General design assist both electrical & hydraulics system)
Graduated from Philadelphia university with a bachelor's degree in Mechatronics engineering (combines mechanical and electrical engineering and computer science)
