Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team, designing and implementing
a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence, managing recruiting
, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives . Responsible for organising
and leading a team, developing and delivering the company’s Sales and Marketing strategy. In charge of ensuring
that existing and new customer relationships are strengthened to continue to grow, and that revenue and profit
targets are achieved. Although office-based, also required to spend a considerable amount of time visiting sales
teams in the field.
Responsible for sales targets through motivating and developing staff, consistently achieving and surpassing
Key Performance Indicators . Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager with responsibility for operational
and people management . Monitoring and controlling store compliance in all areas, including customer care,
effective planning, staff training and development, organisation and time management .
Work with business units in developing business plans to achieve company revenue goals . Establish pricing
strategies and guidelines for new product development and Provide support for marketing collaterals, advertising
materials, marketing campaigns, tradeshows and other promotional activities. Stay up-to-date with product
knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
Responsible to assess clients needs and present suitable promoted products, liaise with and persuade targeted
doctors to prescribe products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis, provide
product information and deliver product samples, attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions
and symposium circuits, work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure
a consistent marketing message
Responsibility of promoting and enhancing the products of the organization, link between the customers and
the production team . The responsibilities involve studying the market trends, understanding the client's needs
, delivering products that meet their expectations, and designing strategies that would help in stabilizing the
product in the market, and making sure that it generates maximum profit for the organization.
Responsible for selling medical products and services to hospitals, clinics, doctors' offices, and healthcare
professionals . Sells products such as medicines and medical equipment to be used in general practices, primary
care trusts, hospitals and pharmacies .Travel to defined geographies to sell medical equipment .Arrange
appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, cold-call or go door-to-door, Deliver
presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists in
the retail sector and Build relationships with medical staff
