Manage, coach, counsel, and train Sales Team.
2. Assist with Sales Team questions, concerns and product/service questions
3. Motivate Sales Team to ensure daily/monthly/overall sales targets are achieved
4. Deliver positive feedback and relevant recognition to Sales Team
5. Evaluate on-the-job performance
6. Ensure all employees adhere to company policies
7. Communicate all employee relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Management
8. Assist management in staff discipline when required
9. Organize and distribute staff schedules
10. Ensure Sales Team provides best in class customer service at all times
11. Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
12. Record sales figures for data analysis and forward planning
13. Assist Management in creating reports showing Sales %, install %, adherence, and attendance etc.
14. Assist Management in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets
15. Assist Management in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans
16. Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers
17. Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
18. Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand
19. Maintain regular contact with Sales Team
20. Visit POS locations on a regular basis
21. Apply ‘Passion for Customers’ value at all times
