Manage large-scale capital projects in Public Private Partnership (PPP), exceeding $15 million in generated revenues through strategic leadership, operational optimisation and business development acumen. Oversee the activity of multiple project managers and senior managers at regional levels in the execution of large scale projects, including technical implementations, process overhauls, departmental mergers, and personnel training. Create and design proposals, execution plan, project parameters and strategy documents for potential clients, outline key resource requirements and timelines including pricing and position.

• Manage the implementation of 20 e-services and +14 million associated transactions/ applications per year.
• Cut annual costs by spearheading improvement initiatives of operational processes and procedures to enhance program delivery within specific constraints.
