Highlight & Key Project:
•Distribution power facility up to 132 KV including primary substation 132/33/13.8/.4 K.V and over head line, cables for emergency services and preventive/predictive maintenance, Riyadh, KSA.
•Serving as Senior Authorized level one (SA-1) in emergency services for the distribution power system in Riyadh (up to 132 KV).

Responsibilities:
•Evaluating and identifying project requirements to establish operating procedural standards regarding the installation and maintenance of production facilities within satellite gathering stations, in addition to facility design and gas plant expansion projects.
•Analyzing associated technical complexities and specifications, and concurrently recommending project infrastructure requirements and up gradations, as well as integrity management and construction plans.
•Preparing project schedules, planning activities and tracking progress on a daily basis. Ensuring maximum utilization of data, methods and processes in order to meet deadlines, cost objectives and quality specifications.
•Allocating work modules to members of staff under purview and following up on the progress of modules. Ensuring that Maintenance Work Orders (MWOs) are issued on time and according to priority.
•Performing commissioning, performance testing and routine check procedures of existing and new equipment within the plant, as well as conducting emergency services within low and medium voltage systems (up to 132 K Volts) inside Riyadh.
•Conducting regular infra-red and partial discharge inspections on infrastructures to ensure adherence to IEEE, ASME, ASNT and BS regulations.
•Submitting regular data of performance parameters to the upper management, along with proposals to eliminate bottlenecks as well as possible avenues of improving the processes and safety procedures.
•Conducting regular preventive maintenance checks and follow ups of automated plant machines and equipment to avoid unscheduled production stoppages.

• Providing technical assistance and supervision in the installation, calibration, commissioning and testing of electrical and mechanical equipment including high and low voltage power distribution systems, switchgears, motors and capacitors, as well as steam boiler generation and heat recovery systems, metering and telemetering equipment for gas facilities, pipeline cathodic production systems and all relevant components.
• Maintaining inventory of fuel, raw materials and spare parts, auditing usage and accordingly placing orders to ensure continual production with minimal idle stock.
• Auditing operations reports and logbooks, and monitoring testing procedures to ensure their adherence to the established control settings.
• Generating system testing and turnover documentation including scoped documents, test records and procedures, and other similar required documents
• Computing operational and maintenance cost estimates. Reviewing operational budgets and effecting cost cutting measures to maintain adherence to the same.

•Led, directed, and monitored the activities of all engineers and technical staff under purview in coordinating sectional processes, evaluations and plans, to guarantee standard running conditions and process productivity of oil, gas and water project project utilities and systems in accordance with daily/monthly production plans and schedules.
•Supervised the safe and efficient on-site commissioning of major operating equipment required for gas pipelines, oil tanks, oil gathering stations, steam boilers and others. Prepared and issued work permits in accordance with company regulations.
•Developed and implemented preventive maintenance procedures for automated equipments and machines in close coordination with in-house maintenance engineers and in accordance with the manufacturer recommendations.
•Scheduled maintenance tests and inspections of all systems, issued relevant task orders as required, and performed regular audit operations on to determine specific, repetitive equipment failures and effectively address them.
•Ensured procedural adherence to time and budgetary guidelines. Resolved any unexpected technical difficulties, identified bottlenecks and effected systems reengineering.
•Enforced obedience to safety regulations and reviewed safety manuals. Ensured operational readiness of all safety and emergency equipment and promoted health and safety awareness among workers.
•Determining workloads and schedules; developed, interpreted and implemented policies and procedures; and ensured all staff are trained in complex maintenance activities and are following standard operating procedures.
