Managing my sales team, focusing on my sales target and my corporate relations. MY Achievements: Hiring and training 10 salesmen, achieving one million riyals in annual sales premiums, dealing with 200 companies, between new or reinsurance work.
Applying new customers, making a good relations with big companies, supporting my sales team. MY Achievements: Forming a sales team of 7 sales men between telesales or field sales and conducting an intensive course for them within two months. Develop information sources for the team to quickly reach the monthly sales target. Care and re-accreditation of more than 70 companies, whether discontinued or new.
Recruitment, sales, managing my team, following the operations, costumer care, making sessions. MY Achievements: I participated in the establishment of the Takaful Cooperative Department because I am the first employee in the Department, and I and the regional manager did a lot of interviews to select the employees of the sales department until 100 employees were employed. I also participated in the regional manager in choosing the location of the department, how ofices are distributed and the division of work. I trained my sales team on the system and in the field .I did 3 sales courses for 50 trainees and become one of the best sellers in the kingdom I trained. I worked as the acting regional manager for 3 months while the manager was taking an emergency leave.
