Reading and checking the designs before submitting for approvals.
Preparing the site and making sure that everything is ready and well prepared before work initiation.
Coordinating tasks between contractors.
Receipt of work and making sure that everything is done according to designs and specifications.

Following up and supervising contractors responsible for finishing works inside villas and landscaping.
Coordinate with the contractors, site/project engineer for any site related issues and concerns.
Checking the quality of work done by the contractors and receipt it.
Maintaining close coordination with all engineering and procurement departments to successfully accomplish project within given time.

(Finishing works of the office, Renovation works of the building)
Following up and supervising with all local and foreign contractors responsible for demolishing works inside the building, renovation and finishing works in Aims VIP Regional Office as well as the building (including MEP work).
Receiving all the materials needed for the office including furniture and accessories, and lay it out as per the interior design and make sure everything is done perfectly and precisely.
Development and constructing of four hotels ( HILTON Double Tree, HILTON Garden Inn, RADISSON BLU and RADISSON Park Inn ) which are located in the central area (city center) of Prophets Masjid in Medina, each hotel consists of THREE BASEMENTS + GROUND FLOOR+ MEZANINE FLOOR + 10 TYPICAL FLOORS + UPPER WATER TANK
The project includes several items:
-Excavating for the level of -13m.
-Shoring: using secant piles and sheet piles then prestressed earth anchors.
-Dewatering.
-Isolating the ground using water proof materials.
-The hotels foundation type is raft foundation.

-Building a Retaining Wall.
-Mountains support using Rock bolt and shotcrete.

-Infrastructure work: sewer, water, stormwater, medium voltage, telephone, street lighting and irrigation.
-Subgrade and subbase.
-Pavement.
-medium voltage substations and lighting poles.
-Curb and medians.

1)Al-nozha residential building:
•Five story building with total area of 2500 square meters with a parking lot in the basement.
•All floors consists of Composite slab reinforced with profiled steel decking.
2)Airport road commercial building:
•Four story building with total area of 1500 square meter with a parking lot in the basement.
•All floors consists of one way ribbed slab.
