I had the privilege to work in various sections and participate in diversified work in Organization Development Department of (PIA) Pakistan International Airline. In Organization Development we had various sections like Staff Development, Recruitment and Placement, Policies and Compensation, Centralized Disciplinary Unit (CDU), Internal Audit Compliance and Digital Marketing Section where I got the
experience of new digital trends and technology. I learned to manage Mobile APP, Online Presence and Social Media Marketing.
I had to coordinate between all above mentioned sections.
