Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment, components and installations.
●Provided on-site support/programming the workshop Activity (motor maintenance and LV Component improvement) .
●Identify and implement equipment modifications to improve operation or reliability of electrical equipment.
●Ensuring applying safety standards and procedures.
●Supervise subcontractors to ensure all jobs work as should be.
●Work on Minimize MTTR and Maximize MTBF for all Electrical Equipment.
●Executed overhauling plan with our team .
●Maintenance Transformer (Filterration, oil change, retighten, erect and dismantled).
Tracked and verified inspection reports for substations, medium Voltage transformer and Motors, Low voltage motor and Equipments, Low voltage and medium voltage drives, light current system and instrumentation Devices.
●Make online and offline tests to predict the failure time to deal with it.
●Prepare Preventive and Shut down Plan for the electrical Department.
