- Audit beet reception cycle (receiving, applying pricing policies, various
payment methods of accruals to beneficiaries.
- Audit Sugar out of production and distribution cycles.
- Audit warehouse transactions & cost adjustments and conduct cycle, sudden
counts (13 Sub-inventory)
- Monitor allocating costs to various stations, sections and cost centers.
- Audit factory’s safe transactions and handle regular and sudden counts.
- Control delivery of cash vouchers booklets to factory different representatives
and handle a trace technique to each voucher.
- Manage Periodic Calibration for various weigh instruments by concerned
departments.
- Established complete coding system for inventorial items and manages
reasonable allocation of new codes in a way that facilitates concerned
departments work flows.
- Manage factory technical budget as follows:
 Flexible budget through pre-set policies
 Itemized budget through self-designed technique monitors usage of
inventorial items within stations
 Budget split to monthly intervals to facilitates preparation of
purchasing & cash flow budgets
- Report quantity and price variances periodically and assign responsibility for
each variance.
