Working as Sales and Operations Manager (distribution), from October 2022 up to date and I’m doing the following tasks:
• Sales manager as I’m responsible for all the sales related issues, as I’m the one who sets the targets, how to achieve it, getting new channels of distribution, new points of sales, signing contracts with new retailers. Pushing the sales in both the whole sale division.
• Responsible for the IR channels sales in Hawalli, Fahaheel, Jahra, Qurain areas.
• Responsible for the OR channels sales like Eureka, Best, Xcite, Carrefour, LULU centers.
• Responsible for the B2B channels sales like online website (Taw9eel, sheeel, drops, etc.)
• Responsible for the coops sales, managing more than 20 co-ops so far and we are making the portfolio of co-ops bigger and bigger one day after another.
• Operations Management as I'm responsible for the whole process of sales, the stuff, accounting, bank transfers, payments follow up, retailers stores, the contracts with the retailers The merchandising, giving training for the stuff, quality control, after sales follow up, and etc.
• Supervising a total of 11 employees, including 4 Key account managers, and 7 promoters.
• Responsible for the accounting and finance related issues, as I’m performing monthly and quarterly assessments along with the finance team, the payment terms, overdue payments, reconciliations, controlling the sales targets and the commission system against organizational goals.
• Supporting the brand management team with Benchmark, the prices at the market, branding our items in all channels.
• Supporting the delivery team with all the internal logistics related issues for all deliveries for the channels and for the normal customers.
• Estimation and forecasting the future sales, revenue, or any opportunity for Kuwait market by Analyzing demand and competition, devising, and presenting ideas and strategies.
• Supervise daily staff operations. ensure achievement of all productivity and sales targets and recommend solutions to enhance the profits.
• Writing reports, including clients /retailers /key accounts recommendations by analyzing, translating, and presenting results.
• Presentation, communication, and reporting skills (sending direct reports for the CEO).
• Working under minimum level of supervision.

Working as Sales and and Operations Manager, from June 1st 2016 up to date and I’m doing the following tasks:

• Retail Operations manager, as I’m in-charge for the whole process for all the sales, operations, display, stuff targets, and the rotation in the retail bookshop at 360 Mall.
• Sales manager as I’m responsible for all the sales related issues, as I’m the one who sets the targets, how to achieve it, getting new channels of distribution, new points of sales, sign contracts with new retailers. Pushing the sales in both the whole sale division (Libraries, bookshops, Hypermarkets like LULU, Carrefour, and etc.) and in the retail division.
• Operations Management as I'm responsible for the whole process of sales, the stuff, accounting, bank transfers, payments follow up, retailers stores, the contracts with the suppliers and the retailers The merchandising, giving training for the stuff, quality control, after sales follow up, and etc. for both the wholesale and the retail section.
• Responsible for all the marketing related jobs as the social media, book fairs, exhibitions, the printing related issues like brochures and banners, giving free gifts for the customers, applying for new marketing strategies, and so on.
• Responsible for the accounting and finance related issues, as I’m performing monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals, controlling the sales targets and the commission system against organizational goals. In addition to reconciling monthly activity, generating year-end reports by the coordination with the financial manager.
• Working as business development manager as I’m responsible for developing the work process, the reporting system, organizing the work, developing marketing strategies, closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Responsible for the IT projects related to our department, as I’m discussing with the IT team (Kuwait + Dubai) about the system, reports generated from the system and giving suggestions for performing new system projects which may help us optimize all the system abilities toward achieving company goals.
• Estimation and forecasting the future sales, revenue, or any opportunity for Kuwait market by Analyzing demand and competition, devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
• Supervise daily store operations we have in 360 mall, and the whole sale division, ensure achievement of all productivity and sales target, and recommend solutions to enhance the profits.
• Supervising a total of 18 employees, including the store manager, the whole sale division manager, inventory controller, and the chief accountant.
• Writing reports, including clients /retailers /key accounts recommendations by analyzing, translating and presenting results.
• Presentation, communication, and reporting skills (sending direct reports for the owner Mr. Tony Jashanmal).
• Working under minimum level of supervision.
• Working under huge amount of pressure and stress.

Al- Qatami Group (Kuwait, Al-Rai) FMCG
Working as Sales and Operations Manager, from March1st 2015 to May 31st 2016 and I was doing the following tasks:

• Responsible for all the sales related issues with the retailers (The Approved market, Trolley, Baqala, Gyms, shops, etc.), key accounts (Saveco, LULU, Geant, etc.). in addition to controlling all the Coops related work as I had worked with more than 25 coops and their branches.
• Operations Management as I'm responsible for the whole process of sales, the stuff, accounting, bank transfers, payments follow up, retailers stores, shelving, delivery, time and process, quality control, after sales follow up, and etc.
• Brand manager for more than a brand (Al-Qatami spices, Modern Bakery Premium bread, Ciao Carbs, Lenny & Larry’s cookies and etc.).
• All the marketing related issues.
• Works in business development field at the same time since I’m responsible for getting new products to the company and dealing with international companies.
• Operations, customer service, marketing management.
• Managing/supervising 12 employees.
• Giving the management overview of the market and update them on the marketing plans if we met the goals, by sending them weekly, monthly, quarterly reports.

Working as Assistant sales, and manager(FMCG) for 2 years (Kuwait city - Sharq) from January 2013 till February 2015 and I was doing the following tasks:

• My main Role was to control the sales team and to sell our products to the wholesalers, retail sales, international clients from the first step by contacting them through WhatsApp, direct mails, And telephone calls to selling them the products till the last step and assuring they are getting the best customer service and after sales services.
• Operations management as I'm responsible for the office day to day operations starting from receiving the order, for the data entry process, customer service, delivery of the order by controlling the drivers, products distribution and after sales follow-up.
• Performing all the marketing activities such as: participating in food exhibitions, events management flyers printing, booth designing, bus ads, newspapers ads, products stands, and all the printing related issues. In addition to implementing new marketing strategies by coordination with the sales and marketing director, especially the strategies that rely on the social media, exhibitions, new packages and offers.
• Handling all the dispatching system and managing the company drivers (9 drivers) to ensure the delivery is done for the retailers and normal customers.

Working as Sales and Purchasing Coordinator from January 2012, till December 2012. Airport road (Beirut, Lebanon). And I have worked the following:
• I was responsible for the following things: All the statistics for the company (consumption of tiles, quantity to purchase, time of orders, available stock…), Stock and inventory control. Retail sales, whole sales and customer service. Internal logistics and tracking the shipments. Daily reports to control the daily stock movement. Giving assistance to the import manager to put orders according to what we have shortage and what items are declining to avoid. And I was performing computer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Documents, Tables, Mailing…) and administrative jobs (Filing, Doing and receiving phone calls…)
• I was responsible for finalizing deals with traders (responsible of selling and buying from the traders and giving them price lists) trying to participate in increasing the sales of the company. In to the coordination with the showroom manager and the presentation manager informing them what we imported and informing them about the stock movement report to display or remove a tile from the showroom.

Working as Assistant branch manager for 1 year in the airport road branch (Beirut, Lebanon). From February 2010 to February 2011.And I this is a sample of what I worked there:
I was managing a staff of 12 members ranging between drivers/ kitchen workers. I learned there everything related to the branch marketing, operations, customer service, hospitality skills, purchasing skills, ordering skills, sales skills, cashier services (Omega System), inventory control, working under high pressure and time management. In addition to many other skills I’ve learned during my daily work there.
