Prepare the annual work plan to cover all departments’ functions and the tasks which have been assigned by the audit committee (Chairman of audit committee) and execute the duties as per the agreed plan.

Prepare the internal audit reports about the performance and findings and suggested corrective actions and present it to audit committee in the quarterly meetings after discuss it with heads of departments and get the responses or the steps of treatments for the findings.

Assuming the responsibility of reporting any irregular incidence that might occur within the Company's premises, to the audit committee.

Ensuring the prevalence of a corporate governance culture in the company's environment.

Ensuring the prevalence of a risk management culture and proper identification and management of risks in the company's departments.

Ensuring the cultures prevalence of the Anti-Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering, awareness, training, development and accountability.

Developing, monitoring and reportingon any internal control weaknesses in the company's departments to the audit committee.
