Professional experience: joined bestseller team ( jack and jones & vero moda) from jan 2013 till june 2013 as sales for 3 months then i had a promotion to be a visual merchndiser for 2 years then i got another promotion to be ( a.m.i.t)
Title progress: -as sales: attending before my shift even shift night or morning to attend the briefing meeting and make a plan for this day an daily target and work with my team as family, keep my uniform tidy and clean and beware to keep my look tidy and nice looking and prepare myself to prepare my shop with my team and working hardly to keep the shop tidy and attractive for the customer, ( steaming, folding per size and if I had any comment at the shop i go directly to the person in charge of us) the we get ready for customer and help them to get what they want if there shocked or disturbed or need any help, suggest new styles suits them of course that would be after breaking the ice between them and make them trust in my opinion in order to make a basket size and achieve our target plan.
-as shop merchandiser: attend store briefing meeting then we discuss with the stuff about the product and how we could make a perfect outfits and color combination and how to keep the store in perfect appearance, tidy even the store is overcrowded cause how is shop looking is what attract the client, if their is a new shipment, it has to be in highly focus and should have to display it on the most suitable place to be clear for customers that we have a great new arrival suits them.
-as a.m.i.t: we had a check list for the whole store including: cleaning, display, stuff attendance and issues, discuss with stuff how could we improve our selves to be the best of the best and how much we must love our product and know it well and suits who because if we don't have any idea about our product we will not achieve any target and we won't go forward we will stay down everyone in the stuff have a target to achieve, we work as a team, we work together we work for our brand, and about cleaning depart is very important to keep the shop clean and tidy from a to z starting window, floor tables, shelves, feting, mirrors, spots, feting room, about display should be followed up with my shop merchandisers and focus on products and if there is a bestselling items we should ask from other branches to send it to us if available their shops and push up stuff in rush hours to get work hardly and keep the shop tidy even in rush hours, in other hand the stock is very very important, for me it looks like kitchen the place we prepare food for it must be handled well and it must be very clean, and tidy, and well appearance and by size to help stuff not to waste time searching for items and sizes every items must be clear for them and if the food prepared well of course the taste has to be perfect
feting room, feting has to be followed time by time and check out the number of items in and out, and also we must check for the sizes if suits the person in order not to be damaged, and during shift I should follow up the stuff and check out the total of my shop and if I had achieved my target or not, and keep focusing on replenishment, and make very excellent closing to help the morning shift to do other tasks as steaming, product knowledge, customer service. ..
