-Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Develop internal process within the quality control department.
2. Participate in meetings with department head’s (technical, sales, manufacturing and logistics) to identify quality standards required by customers.
3. Coordinate with logistics department to document specifications of required raw materials, and prepare for quality tests at both vendor’s and company premises.
4. Plan and design methods for measuring and testing quality levels of raw material, semi finish products and finished products.
5. Review quality reports prepared by quality staff and process data for analysis and provide recommendations.
6. Plan and develop quality inspection schedules and assign staff for each process and monitor implementation.
7. Develop coaching mechanism to ensure employees understanding of quality standards and support them with necessary technical assistance.
8. Participate with corporate marketing department in developing promotional material regarding E.S.C. product’s quality.
9. Develop and maintain updated database about quality standards in foreign targeted markets and develop plans to acquire the required accreditation.
10. Develop plans to lead change management phase to implement quality standards.
11. Hold communication with quality international entities to acquire necessary technical knowledge.
12. Represent the company in any contracting or product delivery to customers as required.
13. Coordinate with personnel officer in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of quality control staff and oversee their daily activities.
14. Minimize the customer complaint / return.
15. Cost reduction (maintaining same performance).
16. Calibrations and Verification.
