•Define; implement and monitor non-conformance process and evaluate closing methods. Analyze average closing and response times from involving parties, accordingly, adjust process and do recommendations to divisions’ heads and senior managements.
•Through process implementation define team members’ roles and responsibilities, start with process owner, process facilitators and process partners.
•Discuss and understand divisions’ requirements, implement documentation system for getting appropriate measurements and define cross-verification milestones among different functions.
•Work closely with production and service divisions, define and generate standard operating procedures; check lists; and quality control cross-functional points.
•As a part of leading the GO-BIG project to new HQ, analyzing and discussing with accreditation company QMS, OHSAS, EMS new scope to include all functions and activities those have not yet certified. (2 physical building; corporate functions; distribution center and manufacturing operation).

• Parallel to external work, a lot of internal negotiations with different divisions like installation & application; spare parts; after sales support; and finance divisions.
• Upon receiving / winning new projects, planning starts to address activities and milestones like order processing and follow up; witness tests at different locations in some projects arrangement are done having tests in different countries such as France, Germany and United States; logistics; clearance; delivery to the company’s yard or direct to customers’ sites; release to customers; installation, start up, and commissioning; till final hand over to customers.
• During installation phase; the responsibility is limited to help installation & application teams for covering any shortage and non-comply equipment and material until commissioning and start up. During this phase a lot of challenges are facing and lot of communications and strategies are done with all involving parties, internal and external.
• Some companies and subcontractors were working with, KATO Generators (USA); ABB Generators (Sweden); Alfa Laval (Germany); Alfa Power System (USA); ABB Automation (Egypt), Schneider (Egypt); Enercon (USA); Arab Contractor (Egypt); Frrerk (Germany); CAT in US and Switzerland.
• Some of success projects are managed and participated in, Meddilic Project (Middle East Refinery Petroleum MIDOR), APC Project (Alexandria Petroleum Co.), AUB Project (American University of Lebanon), UNG Project (United Natural Glass Factory).
