* Responsible for a team that manages software called Engage from Double First in UK. This software holds students, teachers, staff and parents information. Engage offers the following functions:
- registering students, reporting student incidents, uploading lesson plans and home works, issuing terms reports … etc
* my tasks are:
- Setting up portal accounts for students, teachers, staff and parents. This is done by explaining how to use the system correctly (training sessions, presentations, discussion points).
- Allocating students and teachers to the appropriate classes, with appropriate subjects.
- Troubleshooting.
- Annual system updates (reallocating students and teachers to new classes).
• GES contains 3 connected buildings with 8 servers and more than 300 desktop & laptop.
Responsible for servers (DC, ISA, Exchange, AV, WSUS, Application file, SQL) in management (Active directory, DNS, DHCP, security policies and internet rules), configuration, file backup, disaster backup plan and power backup (UPS).
Also responsible for the computers, printers, projectors, WLAN and IWBs (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting).
