My tasks and responsibilities included:
(Pre-tender stage)
 Prepare an estimate budget for the client subject to expect the forecasting cash flow.
 Prepare the blanks BOQs to establish it to the bidders.
 Clarify all the cost clarification during the tender period.
 Develop the Cost Evaluation of the bidder offers and comparing.
 Support the contract department to make a cost report of the best and final tender.
 Finalize the final BOQs with the client & the successful tenderer- Evaluate all the cost clarification.
 Review the cost side in the letter of intent and the contract conditions.
(After tender stage)
 Prepare the Main contractors invoices IPC (Interim payment certificate).
 Study and review all CRVOs (Contractor’s request for variation order).
 Prepare and issue the CVIs (Contactor variation instruction) and CVOs (Contractor variation order).
 Review and update the owner budget.
 Review (Letters in & Out) & (RFIs) effective in cost.

My tasks and responsibilities included:
• Prepare the actual cost (Direct & Indirect cost) and loaded on each item.
• Follow in monthly bases the performance cost for each ongoing item.
• Prepare a cost breakdown for each item as per an updating market price.
• Finalize the EAC (Estimate at completion) for each project in monthly bases
• Prepare the commercial report for each project in each certified IPC from clients
• Review the following documents before issued :
 The Main contractor invoices IPC (Coprosa interim payment certificate)
 The subcontractors invoices
 The new contracts ( subcontractors or suppliers) before signed
 The variations before submitted to any clients
 The new BOQs before submitted to any clients
 The subcontractors variations
 Letters (In & Out) effective in cost
• Find a cost solutions for any bad cost performance items
• Study with the technical offices the best price with the best quality in the high cost items

• Preparing take off for the project including the estimate cost for each item.
• Evaluate contractor cost proposals and provide claim analysis and change order negotiations.
• Preparing of the monthly payment application to be submitted to client due to the progress at site considering the inflation rate from CAPMAS & TUFE
• Preparing claims and variation orders to be submitted to client
• Checking of subcontractor invoices and issue Subcontractor payment certificates
• Involve in finalization of commercial tenders and cost estimates, cost control analysis, cost trends evaluation, cost data studies, bid evaluations and recommendations, evaluate payment applications and recommend approval of engineer's certification.

o Preparing high standard architectural shop -drawings
• Elevations, hidden Elevation and sections for external envelope package
• Plans and sections for (reflected ceiling & soffit) plans and sections
• Elevations and plans for wet area.
• Updating architecture drawing for skyway stairs
• Acoustical details
• Updating details of threshold
• Plans and sections for Installations rooms (sandwich panel details).
o Co-ordinate between site requirement and architecture drawing, Find solution incase of problems.
o Co-ordinate between structure drawings and shop -drawings (stairs, elevation and reflected ceiling plans)
o Co-ordinate E/M shop drawing with ceiling plans and details.
o Dealing with various Architectural elements, including, (ceramic tiles, aluminum units, granite, grc, curtain wall…).
o Co-ordinat and checking sub-contractor shop-drawings ( Alico -curtain wall ) ( Kemet - metal cladding ) ( Ormet - marble cladding and Flooring ) .
o Issue all Pavement (External work) shop-drawing of all elements of the building which including (Terminal - Concourse - Two Fingers) and make Co-ordination with Infra structure elements.
o Prepare all counters drawing and searching for sub-contracture in all elements in this task and make co-ordination.
o Prepare as built from the site and draw all drawing as built. (As a member of the as built team)
