New Maan Municipality / Infra-structure Projects with cost of 100 Million USD $.
Duties & Responsibility.
• Review Contract Drawing & IFC Issued for Construction Drawings.
• Contract Specification.
• Corresponding and link with all Local Authorities.
• Prepare Daily, weekly and Monthly Report.
• Manage Daily RFIs Request for information, SI Site Instruction.
• Follow all CRI Contractor Request for Inspection and shop Drawings Submittals.
• Attending weekly progress meetings, technical meetings and Issuance of MOM.
• Follow up with contractors for daily activates and site progress problems.
• Routine Site visit.
• Sharing concerned parties variation analysis.
1- All New Infrastructure Projects of Social Security Corporation (SSC). With cost of 300 Million USD $.
Duties & Responsibility.
• Establish and maintain project engineering records, including, but not limited to: a. Project schedule b. Daily logs c. Quantity reporting and logs d. Contemplated change/change order (CC/CO) files and logs e. Request for information (RFI) f. Submittal register g. Submittal log h. Contract document log (i.e., dates of each plan/specification issuance) Punch list log/file j. Closeout documents log.
• Initiate and distribute project documents.
• Prepare clear, complete and accurate working plans.
• Monitor and expedite weekly reports for accuracy. Provide timely data input and/or correction information to insure accurate and beneficial reporting.
• Create and track project schedule using Primavera. Identify potential conflicts/delays and provide solutions to keep projects on track 6. Perform quantity take‐offs and prepare project estimates.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the team and clients
• Prepare/assemble and log all required closeout documentation (i.e., O&M manuals, as‐built drawings, etc.).
• Develop and perform quality control and OSHA/safety checks.
• Perform other duties as required/directed.
2- Developing the Infrastructure of the Dead Sea Region . With cost of 500 Million USD $
Duties & Responsibility.
• Managing project team, delegating to office and field staff, and supervise and monitoring work executing day to day activities of project.
• Conducting internal and client communications.
• Monitoring team performance for compliance with contractual agreements and budgets.
• Providing business development support.
• Preparing proposals and reviewing / writing reports with Principal guidance.
• Managing project contractual and financial issues ( including terms of agreement, changes in scope, billing process).
• Managing and mentoring existing staff of project- level engineers.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables.
• Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to other professionals.
• Report work progress and budget matters to clients.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
• Select, schedule, and coordinate subcontractor activities.
• Respond to work delays, emergencies, and others problems.
• Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.

Projects Brief: Developed on a massive area of 3.4 million square meters, Road Construction (approx. 35 Km Road works with width of 20 to 60 meter as Main Roads with two layers Asphalt (Wearing & Binder) Course, 18, 15, 12, 8 as Branch Road. from excavation, Sub-grade (A3), Sub-Base(a-1-b), Base Course (A4) till Asphalt. 8 km Rock Armor Protection, Pedestrian bridge (with Length 120 & width 8) L.M/Tunnels/ under passes at Costal Road, Box Culverts for Sea Circulation and pipe culverts, 25 km Sewer Network & Construct lift Station, 20 km Potable Water Pipes, construct water station with capacity 2000m3, Telecommunication works Fiber optics civil works, Irrigation network & construct 3 Irrigation pump Station, 45 km Side Walk, 70 km Curb stone, 30 km Road Mark, road sign board, Road Traffic sign, Installation 1000 Lighting Pole with single, double, and triple arms. M.V net work with 109 nos of Sub stations Transformers & RMU with initial capacity of 3.5 Mega watt, lighting pole with L.V network Road furniture, Landscape, storm water network with construct Storm Water Lift Station .works and all needed utilities.

• Succeed to issue bitumen shares for all Contractors from ARAMCO through Municipalities.

Developing on a massive area of 8, 000, 000 square meters for 8 huge Mega Infrastructure projects. Resort with 210 unit & huge malls, more than 250.000m2 in eastern province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1st Project:
1- Completion of the Infra-structure of High rise one project with area of 1, 200, 000 square meters and Cost 300 million SAR. Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
Second Project:
2- Completion of the Infrastructure of High rise two with area of 1, 700, 000 square meters. And Cost 400 million SAR. Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
3rd Project:
3- Completion of the Infrastructure of Her majesty project with area of 1, 100, 000 square meters. And Cost 200 million SAR. Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
4th Project:
4- Completion of the Infrastructure of Sultant Al-Sharq project with area of 700, 000 square meters. And Cost 150 million SAR. Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
5th Project:

Contract Cost (45 Mil SAR): From April - 2000 To May - 2003. Supervision at Main contractor AL-OSAIS Contracting Roads Company. retaining walls, pipe culverts, protection works and road furniture items.
• Maintenance and furnishing ADAHRAN City, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. Project Brief: Maintenance and furnishing of Al Doha & Al Danah Area in Dhahran City. Such as asphalt Milling, Patching, Asphalt pavement, Light pole …etc. Contract Cost (33 Mil SAR): From July - 2003 To Aug 2006
• New Asphalt in Area 71/1& 91/1 west Dammam city, Eastern province, Saudi Arabia. Project Brief: Earthworks, Roadway layers works and Asphalt works. Contract Cost (55 Mil SAR): From Aug - 2006 To July - 2007
Duties & Responsibility.
• Worked closely with civil, structural and quantity surveying engineering professionals, and using AutoCAD software.
• Communicate with projects managers, site engineers, and governments departments on different aspects of projects.
• Helped with acquiring appropriate permits, technical specifications, blueprints, cross sections, profiles, and shop drawings.
• Performed calculations for construction materials quantities, and prepared schedules for cost estimation.
• Supervision tens of Main Contractors for different projects, infrastructure, maintenance, and construction Projects.
