- Managing and execute the planned and emergency jobs.
- Trouble shooting for plant stoppages and shutdowns.
- Conducting the root cause analysis RCA for the plant failure and breakdowns.
- Managing team of engineers, supervisors and technicians.
- Managing the capital expenses CAPEX projects for the modification of Line 1 and preparation for Line 2.
- Support the operation team for the projects engineering and advise.
