Responsible for:
- Manage and advise the junior engineers, inspectors, and quality control engineers to achieve proper deliverables for all electrical works (Medium voltage - low voltage) and airfield lighting “ALCMS, AGL, signage, Apron floodlighting, A-VDGS - GPUs - primary cables, isolating transformers, CCRs … etc.”
- Review design to ensure that all electrical work and airfield lighting design meets the project’s SPECs, ICAO, FAA, and the other appropriate electrical standards.
- Review Contractors' submittals for completeness and compliance with contract requirements and check their compliance with the specifications and design then comment on their contents
Responsible for:
• Review design to ensure that all electrical designs meet the project’s SPECs, ICAO, and FAA and the other appropriate electrical standards.
• Carry out the inspections, apply quality assurance and control for airfield lighting “ALCMS, AGL, signage, primary cables, isolating transformers, CCRs … etc.”
Responsible for:
• All electrical work of projects including medium voltage and low voltage electrical distribution networks, lighting, power, etc. “design, review design, shop drawings, electrical calculations, pricing, installations and testing & commissioning”.
• Review submittals and supervising the subcontractors for extra-low voltage systems “BMS, Structured cabling system (F.O and CAT6, switches, etc.), Telephone, Data & WIFI System, fire alarm, CCTV, Sound System, Access control, TV, Intercom, etc.”
• Dealing with HVAC and firefighting systems, interfaces with electrical works and BMS.
Responsible for new projects supervising and maintenance as follow:
• All airport electrical work (substations, switchgear, transformers, panels, generators, UPS, electrical work for airport terminals, and all airfield lighting (terminal substations, CCRs, cabling, AGL, signage, apron floodlighting, control and monitoring systems, etc.)
• Dealing with interferences between visual aids and navigation aids like harmonization between PAPI and ILS.
Responsible for:
• Supervisor for electrical work of residential buildings.
• Sales engineer for power factor correction panels.
