• Lead the product research process for the organization in Egypt and drive the product team to adopt suggestions
• Conduct research that is capable of informing the definition and development of Property Finders products
• Convert research findings into actionable results, activating design thinking and concept development through workshop facilitation
• Work closely within Design, Engineering, Product, Commercial and Marketing teams to define and improve Property Finders digital experience and truly understand the consumer and customer needs.
• Synthesize research findings from other primary and passive data sources (including market research, site analytics, Voice of Customer feedback, A/B test output, secondary research, sales data and customer support insights) into meaningful and actionable recommendations
• Actively lift the skills of the design team, providing constructive support and feedback
Conduct all research activity with a practiced awareness of data privacy principles
Achievements:
• Build and launch the first Consumer NPS survey for the organization in June 2023 utilizing Qualtrics platform.
• Build and launch the first research repository for the organization utilizing Condens platform
• Recommend more than 100 product recommendation with implementation rate of 60%
• Lead the quality fixes on Property finder Egypt portal that lead to deleting or updating of one-third the country inventory (100, 000 Listings) in Q3 2023.
• Participate and present the product team in twelve company events over 2023 through the organization forums for its customers in Egypt.
• Lead and manage the research process for two big markets; Egypt and KSA collecting more than 3000 survey responses on a monthly basis.
• Lead and manage the successful migration of all the customer base in Egypt from three different portals to one portal in Egypt during 2023
• Lead the successful localization process of the B2B portal PFExpert in Egypt.
• Lead and project manage all the product activities to revamp the product in Saudi arabia to get REGA license.
• Lead and manage all the Market Research Operations with team of +70 Researchers,
• Accountable for MaxAB new initiatives planning, designing and deliveries in terms of Market Research and market scanning,
• Support Commercial and strategy teams with real market insights through Market intelligence reports and deliveries,
• Monitor and maintain Data and Reports quality of Market Intelligence team,
• Accountable for Team training and business development of the Market Intelligence team.
Job Responsibilities:
Market Research & Product Management:
• Specify and manage the market research needed to determine Customers needs
• Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines based on data analysis and market studies.
• Set GTM; Go-to-Market Strategy and road-maps regarding which products to resell and which not, including adding any new product
• Managing the launch of new products and line extensions
• Initiate and manage Promotions and activities needed and prepare events calendar to promote huaweis portfolio
• Assesses market competition by running monthly competition analysis
Sales Management:
• Manage vendor relationships, manage supplier/partner contracts, manage day-to-day relationships, and negotiate and secure marketing funds
• Increases vendor participation through deep knowledge of program opportunities
• Focuses on strategic holdout or challenging vendors to increase category selection
• Drives strategic negotiations to deliver top- and bottom-line category growth
• Builds long-term relationships by creating value, opportunities for growth, customer acquisition, and brand-building for multiple vendors
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies based on Coast-Benefits Analysis
• Preparing and delivering sales training for the sales team as per request and needs.

■ Research and measure Smart Wearables Market before launching the baby business and extract Main players, Margins, Market size, Sales channels, supply chains……etc
■ Reveal the promising opportunities and points of hot sales to start business through; OR channel (Organized Retailers; B.tech, Raya, 2B……) ■ Design, initiate and manage more than 30 market studies at 2020 improve the new business and help achieve company objectives; Wearables Market Leader, which has been achieved by end of 2020.
Product Management: ■ Increase Huawei Market Share in wearables business from 5% at 2019 to top of the market by the end of 2020
■ Manage 6 successful launches of smart wearables products including 12 models and increase no. Of SKUs from 2 to 13 SKUs over in 2020
■ Succeed to increase no. Of retailers from 86 to 142 retailers by end of Q3-2020 ■ increase OR market(Organized Retailers) share from 25% to 76% over H2 2020
Apply the suitable statistical tools;Excel, STATA& SPSS and techniques; Descriptive & Time series Analysis to:
• Analyze the impact of market components on the company sales movement,
• Analyze and reveal reasons behind every breakdown point,
• Prepare daily and weekly activation summary reports, Prepare, analyze and report sales/Inventory/Purchases reports
• Help Account Managers to Analyze, Select, Monitor and Price products in their Accounts,
• Provide ranking and evaluation methodologies for key account managers and sales men
• Analyze and report the market share per brand, product, and account.
• Lead Statisticians team in Retail Audit dep. to accomplish tasks and monitor work progress;
• Design questionnaires needed for each Project;
• Support the Cleaning, verification and validation processes;
• Provide the Data Processing team with solutions to the data set issues;
• Use statistical tools to run Quantitative and Qualitative advanced analysis for data sets using statistical packages like: SPSS, STATA and Excel …
• Extracting the trends needed and designing the models that can forecast the next few periods action….
• Provide interpretations for the analysis results, help in writing the final report
• Support the Client service team to build a great presentation…
