Job Description:
Observation the daily activities and performance of the agents
Handle follow up agents needed on-job training / coaching to leverage their performance to the set standards
Follow-up all DAP (dead after purchase) replacement within 14 days since time of entry untill delivery alternative for the client
Work on the compensation settlement on facilities Replaced
Resolve all complain case received from the entire complainant (NTRA, Consumer Protection Agency …etc.)
Follow up inventory in maintenance warehouse and make order with monthly forecasting
make comunication betwen our company and samsung head office
Follow up with accounting department to make sure for receiving our compensation from Samsung claiming

Assess the agents performance on monthly basis in relation to their objectives as set by the Supervisor
Preparing the reports required from the supervisor
Monitoring the incoming tasks and performance metrics to maximize efficiency
Maintaining staffing schedule adherence and absenteeism during hours of operation
Provide the necessary coaching and training to his team of agents to ensure quality KPIs are met
Build and ensures that all data is updated
