o Activate/de-activate services and perform profiles fix actions for millions of customers
o Increase customer satisfaction and avoid human errors by automating SRs and tickets solutions
- Achieve operational excellence and increase revenues by using Ansible to automate:
o Disaster recovery actions with a click of button for multiple systems e.g. Billing, TIBCO and ODS
o Restarting application components and servers for internal systems with user-friendly workflows on Ansible Tower
- Increase IT teams’ productivity, save time and effort by automating day-to-day manual activities such as:
o OS and machines backup
o Building testing environment
o OS and database installation and validation
