Completion of construction drawings moderate speed and high quality and accuracy in order to avoid big mistakes to ease checking and delivered them to the municipality to speed up the approval of the municipal.
Provide support to Architectural Draftsmen during the initial project’s phases
Assign CAD Drawings Works to Draftsman team, and supervise their production
Study and analyses detailed Arch. Drgs, & coordinate Str. Works. & CAD Drgs. With the Str. Engineer.
After the engineer to provide me with the idea of design (roof type and columns that were Concrete or Steel) I will Start the completion the Drawings with full details and beams, slabs foundations act. With full details. Then the engineer well Start final checking. Last meaning I do completion of (60 to 75%) of the project.
* Preparing and producing structural drawings.
* Include all types of civil and structural work (Concrete & Steel)
* coordination and discussion with structural engineer of working drawing
stages as follows:-
1. Make sure that all architectural plans are ready and
complete
2. To make sure that all the columns are compatible with the
proposed architectural design, in collaboration with the
architect, structural engineer.
3. Getting Started the project "(the columns, beams and slabs,
and the end of" the foundations of the project with full
details).
4. I collect all the project have been completed, and then
arrangea reservation where a copy (within the main server)
and another version inside a draughtsman computer and in
order to avoid the loss.
