Implemented initiatives based performance reviews to all Logistics Facility Departments which led to the accomplishment of 20 initiatives within one calendar year which improved the EHS, Planning and Operations performances.

- Conducted technical interviews for candidates applying to work at the logistical facility, leading to improved competencies among the manpower alongside mentoring and developing them to perform in key positions along side the development of existing manpower through Toolbox.
Managed all activities in the port facility ensuring the simultaneous operations of berthing, handling, loading/offloading and supplying all vessels at the port meeting all KPIs and vessel demands.
- Assigned the responsibilities to the port operations and departments ensuring all deliverables are met in compliance with safety requirements.
- Developed performance based appraisal and training programs to improve the competencies of all employees at the port facility.
