3- Keep the equipment, garage and storage facilities clean and maintained.
4- Prevent operational delays in repairing equipment.
5- Assign, plan and direct work schedule of staff, and assure that the service personnel works in accordance to organization’s policies and other applicable laws.

3- Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs.
4- Translating customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology.
5- Explaining repairs to customers.
