Administration Manager
-Responsible for calculating monthly salaries.
-Monitoring attendance.
-Calculating annual leave.
-Responsible for air tickets booking.
-Supervision of employees residence.
-Other administrative affairs.

• Answering all inbound calls and wrap up calls in accordance with the laid down procedures (call volume, call duration, pick up time … etc).
• To effectively handle customers requests/complaints.
• Proceed with customers' maintenance/requirements efficiently in a timely manner.
• Initiate out bound calls when necessary/requested.
• Identify/initiate cross selling.
• Abide to LCC procedures manuals (cards, banking).
• Abide to attendance rules according to shift schedules, and act as leave relief/cover as and when required.
• Proper understanding of PFS products/operations.
• Report immediately all system error messages to SUP on shift under advice to LCC head.
• Maintain excellent communication links with branches, and other departments staff and work in full co-operation to provide the highest level of customer service standards.
