* Job description:
- Working of aseptic line for filling and pasteurization.
- Quality control for fruits and production.
- HACCP implementation ensuring that all CCP points are correctly implemented and corrective action is taken in case of deviation this will be monitoring by weekly report
- Weekly GMP audit ensure covering all production lines..
- Integrated Management System (IMS) Working out (Preparation) of IMS policy
(SGF, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000), setting goals and assuring resources and means for their realization, Knowing, obeying and acting according to IMS requirements
- Manage and monitors the timely delivery of the agreed production plans, by communicating with the quality department for the consistency of the finished product quality, maintenance for the efficiency of the production line, and any other related supporting functions.
- Monthly meeting 1:1 with my subordinates and daily meeting.
- Staff training for all quality system and production process.
• Got the Course of Occupational Health and Safety Of the Organization Ohsas.
• Got the course of First Aid.
• Got the course of GMP'S and hygiene from URS EGYPT.
• Got the course of Situational Self Leadership from LTC.
