Working as an effective member responsible for facilitating HR processes,
supervising staff attendance, employees’ payrolls, social and medical insurance
benefits, reporting, and documentation. May direct and lead the work of others.
Able to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are
completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner
working in an administrative office in assisting in HR Processes & Administrative
Work. providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the
Production Department. Supports production planning manager and the whole
team through a variety of tasks related to the department. Rely on experience and
judgment to plan and accomplish department goals. Familiar with a variety of the
field's concepts, practices and procedures. responsible for confidential and time
sensitive material.
Worked as an assistant to the chief maintenance engineer and safety
coordinator.
