Main duties performed:
Designing private villas
Creating proposals based upon sketches, mood boards and samples
Planning the interior space and outdoor layout of the projects
full design of outdoor areas including landscape and pool areas
Exterior facade design using 3d Max
Developing schematic design including CAD drawings and 3D Max shots
Delivering design projects under strict deadlines and within the client’s budget
Providing customers with full FF&E packages and layout schemes
planning and furnishing villas (whether classic or modern) with outdoor areas and landscape
planning and furnishing small apartments and creating solutions for small spaces with multifunction
planning and furnishing commercial spaces like a gym, keeping in mind the small space challenge, multiple functions interaction and a design identity suitable for both males and females
submitting the design to the client with full 3d max modeling

3d Max Modeling and Rendering
Space Designing:
-planning the space depending on the client requirement and the design concept
-drawing furniture plan, floor plan, ceiling plan and elevations
-choosing the space mood, colors, furniture style, accessories, lighting...
-designing any custom made furniture or art piece
Space Modeling:
-modeling the space from scratch using 3d Max
-making the 3d model as much close to the agreed upon design to help the customer imagine the final result and make any modifications
