• Coordinating in planning and organizing the manufacturing process of the company with the accountability of
implementing Operational manuals, production plans and programs.
• Managing entire gamut of activities pertaining to TPN order (prescription) screening, TPN inputting (order entry from the prescription to ASCRIBE system), and TPN authorization.
• Driving significant efforts in maintaining CIVA order screening, CIVA worksheet, labels generation and labels authorization.
• Contributing in Merlin TPN order entry as well as Merlin TPN order review and monitoring drugs manufacturing activities in compliance with the requirements of cGMP.
• Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and monitoring performance of products, operations and equipment against standards, promptly attending to changes and deviations.
• Conducting extensive review and making recommendation for improvement in area of safety, environment, sanitation and hygiene.
• Providing seamless assistance as well as ensuring all validations are conducted timely and accordingly; reviewing production batch records have all the necessary information for final approval and release decision.
• Controlling production process and production facilities and ensuring that manufacturing activities are in
compliance with the requirements of cGMP and all standard yields along production lines are maintained.
• Ensuring compliance to information requests, audits, labelling, testing requirements, specifications, complaints, production support, problem solving, developed and maintained compliance to departmental budget.
