Visits patients for interview and documents food preference and allergies.
Follow up patient order for accuracy of diet order and served.
Establish and maintain effective communication with medical nursing, administration and food service stuff.
Provide in service education for food services employees regarding policies, diet therapy, hygiene, and food safety and infection control in the department.

BLS Examination passed (Basic Life Support) provider 4CME from Saudi Heart Association in Affiliation with the American Heart Association. Infection Control Principles in Hospital. Accumulated (31) CME credit hours (Continuing Medical Education). Diploma in the Art and Science of Neuro Linguistic programming from the International NLP Trainers Association Hereby (INLPTA). (MOH) Examination Passed.
