- Established and maintained oversight of our marketing department's initiatives, creating a
comprehensive marketing report to track Digital and PR expenditures and performance results through conducting in-depth campaign analysis and consistently comparing our spendings to ROIs.
- Took charge of the "delivery" project for our restaurants, encompassing contract and commission rates negotiation, in-app free marketing promotions, operational onboarding, and ongoing guidance to ensure the delivery operations achieved stability.
- Collaborate closely with restaurant General Managers to conceptualize seasonal offerings that resonate with our specific target audience.
- Currently instituting a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to streamline our department's workflow, including creating flowcharts for each marketing activity/channel to optimize our work processes.
- Always aiming to effectively manage the workload of our Creative team, to create an environment that accommodates the needs of both team members and project owners.
- Established a Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order Marketing tracker to manage department’s budget and enhance projects flow.
- Manage our corporate’s communications, including Cool Inc's newsletter, by creating a newsletter strategy. This strategy covers target audience analysis, content strategy development, statistical analysis of newsletter performance, and historical data assessment for precise targeting, compelling copywriting, and continuous improvement.
