- Developing an agency’s digital design capability through leadership and inventive concepts.
- Working collaboratively with partners, art directors, and developers to develop design solutions and deliver digital output of the highest quality .
- Works with Production Artists, providing complete input and any instruction and supervision required to smoothly complete production of approved design. Provides all required specifications.
- Helping establish and maintain quality and award-winning work that goes beyond design and cuts through to brand image and identity.
- Effectively visualize and create concepts into the end product, giving direction on photography style, imagery, typography, iconography, and navigation optimized for web
- Improve intranet’s look and feel via user experience.
- Responsible for all Graphics Design and UI/UX Design for Smart phones Applications and websites
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
- Creating project deliverables that clearly and persuasively communicate the UX strategy and the reasoning behind it. Deliverables include project plans, discovery findings, research protocols, research findings, personas, task lists, workflows, wireframes, page maps, interaction and behavior specs, and more.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
- Designing and developing websites and create fully working HTML/CSS/JS prototypes
- Take ownership and acts as project manager for all website-related projects. Communicate progress regularly to all project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
