Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
 build up and maintain good relationships with customers, agents and distributors
 Responsible for generating and enhancing the sales of the products in other countries
 Organize all markets plans to suit all customer requirements and monitor all specific transactions of all customers for all processes.
 Take over the responsibility for export sales in several markets, resolve product or service problem and customer complaints
 Prepare effective business plan for all projects to achieve required product volume and profit
 Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
 Responsible about more than 75 clients accounts & work on increasing from season to season
 Monitor all existing and prospective markets in Europe, Africa, Asia & Middle east and assist to identify appropriate business opportunities .
 Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements.
 prepare all export documents within required timeframe and schedule
 Efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method in assistance with customers.
 Maintains and expands relationships with important customers & new ones
 Supervise efficient working of sales staff and ensure compliance to all export objectives
 Design sales strategies according to customer requirement with Managing director to prepare budget for projects
 Reporting the results and sales figures to the involved departments
 Translating the requests of the customers into adjustments of the internal management of the product development, administration, logistics, etc.…
 Approve growers, Shipping lines, freight forwarders, packing materials accounts & invoices
 Daily trade operations processing.
 Handling LC documents
 Arranges shipping details, such as export licenses, customs declarations, and packing, shipping, and routing of product.
 Follow clients’ accounts & collection.
 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
 Arranging & finalizing deals with growers, suppliers, Shipping lines & freight forwarders
 Negotiate claims with clients
 Assure compliance with customs and export regulations
 Coordinate & follow sales between our branch in Egypt & Capespan offices all over the world
 Doing inspection for some orders before loadings to make sure of quality standards
 Work closely with production team
 Negotiating ocean & air freight, trucking & clearance offers.
 Coordinate the flow of information both internally & externally.
 Was responsible for 2 years about the financial issues in the company ( invoicing clients, growers, follow payments from both, office expenses, office purchasing, preparing cheques, work with the auditing department, checking company accounts in the banks ).
 Replacing the Managing director during his travels.
 Work closely with the export subsidy department.
