- Define implementation modalities and methodologies of Cash Transfer Programming.
- Participate in preparing and regular updating of the emergency contingency plans.
- Organize and supervise an effective implementation of FSL projects activities.
- Produce regular internal and external reports for submission to supervisory staff.

- Develop an adequate M&E plan linked with the relevant project indicators.
